to the First Presbyterian Church of Lansdowne website.  Everyone is welcome to share their individual spirituality in our church, in fellowship with your neighbors in the community.  We have something very special in our church family that we believe stems from our love of God, radiating outward in love and respect of diversity for all God's children.  We invite you to look around and get a feel for our church. Feel free to share any comments or questions that might be on your mind.  If you're not currently a member of our church - we'd like to take this opportunity to invite you to one of our weekly services. And of course, feel free to reach out and call our Pastor .

The Church At Worship

(Held in the Garrett Room)

Come visit our Re:Purpose Shop!
Wednesday- 3 p.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

 "Reduce, reuse, recycle...RE:Purpose"

Located in a cozy room on the bottom floor of the Lansdowne Presbyterian Church, corner of Greenwood and Lansdowne Avenues.
Like many thrift stores, the Repurpose store is not for profit and takes in donations of all kinds and welcomes all people. Proceeds: split between the church's own Mission Fund to help finance the building of a church in Cameroon, Africa while the other half goes to a local organization in Darby, called Mother's Home, who strive to provide a safe haven for pregnant women in crisis. The prices very affordable and the quality of the donations is exceptional!

Now accepting housewares donations!

We hope you and your family will have a warm and spirit-filled experience with us as we worship and fellowship together at our services, events, and ministries.

We'd also like to invite you to make an  online prayer request. You're prayer request opens the door, and God is waiting patiently on the other side of that door, at all times, in all situations, to join with you. Many blessings to you and those you love.

Interfaith Food Cupboard

Residents of William Penn School District (Aldan, Colwyn, Darby, East Lansdowne, Lansdowne and Yeadon) who are in need of emergency food can contact the Interfaith Food Cupboard for assistance. Please call the Food Cupboard line at 610-622-0800, option 4 on Monday or Wednesday before 4:00p.m.  The message will explain what to do and ask you to leave a message.  A volunteer will return your call after 4:00p.m. and arrange a time for you to pick up your food.  We are open Monday and Wednesday between 4:00p.m. and 6:00p.m.  Please bring photo ID.  We can serve each family once a month.  Unfortunately, we cannot do home delivery. Please call ahead so the volunteers expect you (this is not a walk in service). That way, you will not have to wait in a long line!

If you would like to donate to the Food Cupboard, please click on “Opportunities for Service” on the left side of the web page.  Our shelves get depleted very quickly so we are always grateful for any donations of unexpired, nonperishable food.

Let your light shine by joining a choir!
